Keystone Lake Information
Keystone Lake is on the Arkansas River about 15 miles west of downtown Tulsa in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Purpose and location
The project was authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1950. Its stated purposes are flood control, water supply, hydroelectric power, navigation, and fish and wildlife.
